Amendment #3:
Meaning: You do not have to house a soldier in time of peace if you do not want to and you do not have to house a soldier in time of war if the law doesn’t say you have to.
Reasoning: I guess at one point they were forcing citizens to house and care for soldiers so this law was put in place to allow the home owner to make the decision.

Reasoning: This is important because again it makes sure that everything is fair in court and through criminal proceedings.

Amendment #7:

Amendment #8:

Reasoning: This is important because it gives the chance for every citizen to be able to pay the fines presented and cruel punishment unnecessary so it’s fair that they are safe from that.

Amendment #9:
Meaning: Citizens of the United States are not just limited to the rights mentioned in the Constitution.
Reasoning: This is important because clarifies that it is alright for you to own certain things like a car without it having to be stated in the Constitution.
